Once in a while at an old farm auction there will be a spool of it.
I like to hear different comments of what it is.

Aboot 1950 is the last time we check rowed any corn.
Around here, back in the day 40 or 35 bushels to the acre were the norm.
Its no wonder as there wasn't many plants to the acre as now.
Our soil wuz so poor it couldn't support very many more plants per acre
