Back in that era the operator's manual contained some specs. The Field Service bulletin updates that Larson estate sells would contain some data.

B&D, I'm proud of you. You didn't toss out the Deere phone number and actually helped the guy to some degree.

To the original poster... Here is a link to the service bulletins. For an operators manual I would try Davenport tractor. They offer the best
quality reprint and for a reasonable fee.

If you ask Deere for a Service manual they will likely attempt to sell you SM2000 which has very little info pertaining to any certain tractor. It is
more of a general shop instruction manual.
