John Deere Lanz 710 Disk Brake Rebuild

Anybody out there know the thickness of NEW disk brake material used for relining the disks and have you ever turned the plates? How much material can be removed?

There maybe a service Manual at JD for that German Lance chassis? 1-800-522-7448.
At least price a new disk.

I want to thank you all for the responses. I do have both the Service Manual and the Parts Manual. I did find 15 sets of brakes in Germany for the $363 cost each plus FEDEX and maybe even Duty Tax. I am currently looking to get the ones I have relined. It is a much lower cost. I will update this as I go forward for everyones knowledge. I have a couple of parts at a local machine shop being fabricated as they are not available anymore. Also taking about 0.010 or less off the part L16776 to smooth them out. 4 of Part L16777 is made from 3/16 flat steel with 10mm holes and 4 of Part L11134 is being made from 4 10mm bolts. I will post pics when I start the assembly process. Parts L38756, L12434 and L11607 are still at JD Parts and odered.

have located all the brake parts and it is very nice to stop when you want to. LOL.

I am now looking for help to locate Seat Parts AL17073, AL16408, AL16409, AL16407 or crossover Seat part numbers.
