I have a friend who just bought and is working on a 2120 here in Australia that has perfect power steering, but the rockshaft will chatter when it is lifted - rockshaft does lift fine when first started, but after oil warms up, it chatters
I diagnosed over the phone to check standby pressure, to be sure it is 2280psi and adjust stroke control valve up to spec.
The flow control valve operates to supply sufficent pressure to power steering - I would assume that the psi is low and there is not enough psi left over with internal wear/leakage to supply rockshaft properly
Also possible high pressure leak in rear of tractor-
Anyone else have a different solution?
TIA
