Check hyd components for higher than normal temp with a laser thermometer. High heat indicates internal leak which will rob hyd pump output. Also hyd filter relief valve could not be closed completely losing hyd pump flow. Trans pump could also be worn. How long since hyd filter was changed and sump screen checked???

Yes as Jim stated one of the components could be leaking, but a worn transmission pump could be the problem too,, I normally start with a new pump and work my way from there...Isolating what I can to bring the possibilitys down..

Engage pto and depress tran clutch.
If that makes a difference it's pto brake oring.
Pretty common.

Geez here I thought you diagnosed and then replaced parts not replaced parts and then diagnosed!!! HE-He

Devil made me do it

I just like to change transmission pumps....but all jokes aside if there is no history of the pump being changed it is likely worn out...
