SCV mounting tool

Here is a fixture that I am working on to set the SCV's on and off tractors here in the shop, I welded 2 hose ends to a plate and snap it into the outlets, the cross bar lets it balance level so it sets right when being removed and installed, I have a little more to do to it before it's the way I want it. Any one ever removing one knows they are a handful and ornery to hold in place as you start the bolts...

Great idea!!! LOL, Heck isn't that what a wife's for, she turned the bolts in while I held it in place, plus I didn't have a cab so it was easier to keep an eye on the packings as I tightened them up.

Darn it Tim I like that! As this guys back gets older it needs all the help it can get. Now I want you to get working on one of these to get the SCVs out from UNDER the cab on those not so favourite Mannheim built utility tractors

I just use studs in two of the 4 holes, lift the scv onto the studs, install opposite bolts, remove studs, install last two bolts, very fast.
