Disk for JD B

The 'KBA' wheeled disk was available in 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 foot and bigger.

The 'KCA' was a heavier version of the 'KBA' with narrower disk spacing. Available in 6 and 7 foot versions.

In addition to Stan's good information there were other disks that were available in that size such as the RW, RWA and possibly others. However, they are not easy to find. Depending on the "health" of your B you probably would find a 7' or even an 8' more easily. We pulled an 8'6" (called 8') RW for years with a late B. In plowed ground with the wheels up it would struggle but in normal going it handled it pretty well. Mike

Mike,

Thanks for adding that good info. I was going from a couple of old sales brochures I have.

We had a 7' 'KB' (I think) and we pulled it with our '52 'B'. Worked great!

Have a good day.

Stan
