(quoted from post at 12:47:45 03/01/15) How much is too much to stick into a 6030? for 11,000. engine was junk, so 9,000 for new engine installed.,1000 for misc and new clutch when apart. Tranny probs, so 4000 more there. 1500-2000 more for minor repairs and me painting it myself. what are everyones opinions?
(quoted from post at 18:10:42 03/01/15) I saw one of the nicest 6030s with new big rubber and a roll-guard w/canopy that sold at Mecums for $34K plus buyers fee. There might be some as nice but not many nicer. It was bought for reale and was resold.
(quoted from post at 12:59:19 03/01/15) You paid to much for it to begin with. 11 grand should of got you a reasonably straight 6030. If you had bought it in North Dakota you probably could go got it for 3 or 4 thousand at a sale. Big horse power tractors can be a money pit. They get used hard.
(quoted from post at 11:12:44 03/02/15) The more I hear about Mosset, the less likely I am to ever trust him enough to buy something....
