Will a 404 engine out of a john deere 105 combine work in a 4010 LP? have a chance to buy a 105 with the 404 diesel in it.

Where are you located as I might be interested in some of the parts off the 105? I am getting ready to put a 404 diesel out of a 7700 combine in my 105 gas and there are some linkage parts that I could use as well as a few parts of the rest of the machine. Tom

too bad you are not close. I have a 404 from a 68 4020 that I just had completely rebuilt. And I have a 105 that needs a motor, but I don't want to use the 4020 motor.
