430t Air in hydraulics cannot bleed

I have a 430t that i fixed the load control shaft seal and reinstalled filled up with oil then ran. will lift a little then stop. Cannot feel oil coming in pressurized side. How can I push oil thru to get the air out of suction side. Put air pressure in touchomatic with hy pressure line off maybe? Any tips or stories of this problem on dubuques?

It self bleeds. You are most likely sucking air in at one of the return line fittings. You might try tightening them all and repeatedly raising and lowering the lift until all the air is gone. You'll probably have to refill it before you're done. If you used detergent oil it will foam with that air and make it harder.

When I the TOM apart on my MT I had the same issue. I had to go back and tighten some fittings just like M-Man said. I little air leak makes a huge difference it seems on those line connections.

I hope MMan's suggestion works out for you. I had the same issue on a late model 420.

At the time the seals that go inside the fittings were available and that cured it. On the 420 there was a big adz seal on the suck pick up tube that mounts into the tom.

All the seals on the suction pipe are still available from Deere at a reasonable price . I just replaced them on my 420T last week.

I installed a new seal when I put it back on. I think I did not get
it tight enough after instal as it is a big wrench and hard to
reach and turn...
Thanks
