Repairing Hyd cylinder JD B

Need seals AB3381R not available from JD Any where else they are available. Also B2168R, is available from JD but want 24.00 each, but need 2.There is a CR # H18892B that is supposed to be the same.Phoned NAPA they say not in their system. Anyone have a crossover chart and prices for these.

Go to a Hydraulic shop and get the o-rings and back up rings, they are common and make the gasket, save a bunch of money...

These are cupped seals like the ones in hyd brake cylinders on older autos and trucks.

The shop I use probably has them or something equivalent that will work, your only dealing with 1200PSI,, the bore and width of the seal is all that is important..

You might find leather a cup at a plumbing supply store. Lots of old water pumps used that sort of piston seal. Another option would be to find a hydraulic cylinder with the same bore and use a piston out of it, that has o-rings on it.
