4440 hydraulics

Can anyone give me a ballpark estimate on what it would cost to add a third hydraulic valve on a 4440? thanks

I will guess between $700-$1000? Where do you live. I know where there's a 4440 with 3rd remote that owner doesn't need that I can inquire if they will sell the 3rd valve & block.

IMHO installing the lever in the cab is more difficult than installing the block & valve

Thanks for the information. I'm not 100% sure if I need the third valve yet. I won't know until spring - if I do, I may contact you to check on the one you mentioned. Thanks again!!

If your thinking about maybe running a hydraulic driven pump, you can put a power beyond block on and use a manual valve to turn it on/off, a lot cheaper and will work well...

I am looking at pulling a small scraper. Right now it has 3 remotes, but we put a sequencing valve on it so that it can run off two. Need to try it out this spring to see if it will work as planned - or might look to add a 3rd remote on the tractor......I need a different tractor, but that's just not in the budget right now
