power steering seal leak

Well i got another problem solver for Tim S. The seal under steering wheel keeps going out, This is the third time i have replaced it. I had the hole unit off several years ago, & had it rebuilt. This is first time it has give trouble in over a year. Been a little bit colder here in NC than usual. Was out feeding hay when it started leaking, This is on my 1965 4020 by the way. Also have a 1969 model and have never had a problem

The o-ring farther down in the valve is failing,alowing oil under pressure to over power the low pressure seal at the top..
