3010 Manual, Is this the one??

Is this the John Deere Service Manual that Covers the 3010??

I just wanna make sure before I drop 60 bucks on the thing.

That is the book. It may cover the 3020's as well. I have an original 3000 book that only covers the 3010 and it is great as it has more details than some of the latter books. Mine was for when they first came out and the shops had only the two cylinder tractors so they provide a little more basic info. I have owned a few 3010's and now have 4 3020's on the farm. Tom

I ordered that manual for a friend of mine a few years ago. It was a reprint, not a Deere publication. The text was clear but the photos were blurred and in many cases useless.

SDHomesteader,

i dont know if you have ordered that book or not, but you can order a reprint from deere, either in paper form, or a cd, service manual and operators manual. I buy them from deere on cd, that way i can make one print out for a binder, then when i go out to the shop i can print any pages i want. Then i can make my final notes on my printed out book.

Good books the hydraulic diagrams arent
very good because you can't tell the
high psi oil color from the low psi in
the pictures

Don't know, but be sure this isn't the manual that covers the new little sub-compact 3000 series if it's one for the old 3010 you're wanting.

Thanks everyone, Yes I did order it and it looks fantastic to me, No blurry Pics or anything. Was well packaged and Bound Even. I tried ordering one from the JD Dealer up here and after three months of waiting (for them to print one, is what they said when I ordered it) said to hell with it, plus they wanted 110 for it. Got this one for 57 Bucks, free shipping.
