JD planter parts

Friend brought this by today and wanted me to ask if anyone knew where he could find some.
He thinks they came off a JD 71 planter, but is not sure. I have the casting numbers from each piece.

He also said something about being used on a Model 87 JD bar or planter???

Those parts don't appear in my 71 manual but they look like "universal application" parts that would clamp on a standard toolbar. They certainly could be used with 71 units but they would not be considered part of that model of planter itself.

I am relying on memory, but I believe if you look at listing for a 1400 Zero-Till planter you will find these. That planter was a pull-type tool bar with 71 units attached to it. It was Deere's early version of a no-till planter. A year or two later the 7000 planters came out and this model was left to oblivion. They are not a common planter. Mike
