45B clutch leaking engine oil

Cannot find seal for my 45 B ser # 177449. It show seal for Ser # 201000 and up. I been looking in the parts catalog and the I&T manual. How do I fix the leak.

Really is not a "normal" seal in there. It uses a mechanical oil seal which is just a slinger to throw the oil away from that area.
First check and make sure the engine oil in the crankcase is not WAY overfilled.

Thanks. It maybe over filled. I will put a bucket under the oil check flange bolt and let it drain itself to level.

IIRC the drain hole on that year B is to the outside. But it could still plug and then go into the clutch ?

I would loosen the oil drain plug and drain any condensation that may have accumulated over the years. Do the same with the transmission.
