Mounting JD No 5 mower on unstyled B?

I have a 1950 no. 5 mower that I usually use on my 1950 B.
However, that B needs transmission work, so this coming
summer I would like to mount the mower on my 1937 unstyled
B. The operator's manual for the mower shows hookup parts
for the unstyled B, but I have no idea where I might find such
obscure parts. Any ideas?

Take look at the photos below.

The mower is mounted by "[b:654c4848f0][i:654c4848f0]attaching hinged bar Mower directly to Tractor Drawbar.[/i:654c4848f0][/b:654c4848f0]"

The operator's manual also states "[b:654c4848f0][i:654c4848f0]Bolt extension drawbar to outside of <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/John-deere-no-5-mower-brackets-A-B-G-H-sickle-bar-mower-/151557160205?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item234982bd0d">tractor drawbar angles</a>.[/i:654c4848f0][/b:654c4848f0]"

Hope this helps.

The pictures on the right are for the quick tatch type of mower built later, the others are for the earlier type of mower or the model with the universal hitch for IHC and other tractors. You can fab a set of hitch mounts that will make it work. Just remember if you make them to position it so it is the correct distance back for the PTO shaft to work as different makes of tractors with their different mountings used different length PTO shafts.
