I am fixing up a 60 high seat standard that has a 6 x 16 tire on the one side and a 6.50 x 16 on the other side. They both look way to small to me. What should it have? 7.50 x 16, or I can go to a 18" rim as well. I have an extra set here. Then I can go to a 7.50 x 18. What are you guys thoughts? What do you run on yours?

here's the part numbers, check out the 18" rim

I agree that the 6x16 looks too small on that tractor, that is what is on mine. When it is time for new tires it will at least get 6.50x16. My 70 std's both have 7.50x18 and they look good on them. Then the 70's both have 18.4x30 rear tires where this tractor has 16.9x30 rear wheels.

Well considering it was an option, Im going to go 18 I think. Ill have to double check on the height yet.

Careful going too large on the front and/or too small on the rear leaving the front end high. Now the tractor will be always driving uphill which makes the engine work harder and wastes fuel.
