Late 4020 load shaft bushing kit

Gentlemen and of course Ladies, I ordered a loadshaft bushing kit for my Late 4020,serial number 252,xxx from A&I. The part number is A-Ar54481. It has 3 pieces and I'm at a loss on exactly how it'll go in. There is of course the brass bushing that has a larger diameter opening on 1 side, then an o-ring that looks like it must go in the groove in the bushing and then there is a Teflon seal that really stymies me. The Teflon seal will easily fit inside the rubber o-ring. Am I on the right track thinking it's to go inside. Also which end of the bushing goes inside. All help will be very much appreciated.
 
Brass bushing? That's wrong.
Anyway the bushing is probably chamfered on one end. That end goes inside.
The plastic seal goes inside the oring. Warm it a little first so it will fold inside itself.
 
The bushing is steel with gold colored plating. Larger id goes in first. Install the o-ring and seal first and slide them on the shaft to set the shape of the ring. Make sure there is some pressure on the shaft as I had one from A&I this week that was machined too deep and the seal was loose on the shaft. Be sure to shim the drawbar support so it is tight to the trans case.

Thanks to Tx Jim, Cliff and D- for your help. Sure clarified what I was thinking just didn't want to put it in wrong. Plus I was pretty sure that the selector lever needed to be in the D slot and now I know for sure. Done a few loadshafts but never 1 like this, I seem to be getting older ;) Thanks again, John
