4050MFWD yellow w/snow blower in Photo Ads

In the photo ads there is a 4050 yellow MFWD with large front mounted snow blower and a Hiniker or Year Round cab.Womdering if what ia attached to 3 pt is for weight or a pusher for snow.Could have used something like that in Ia after 40MPH winds with chill factor of 50 deg below.I would bet it would be noisy in cab.I don't know value of blower but 4050 w/o cab would sell easy but think getting correct fenders might be harder.

Ad says JD 619 runs blower I am assuming stationary motor mounted on 3pt.Should have read ad better.I have seen large trucks with motor for blower first tractor.I had an auctioneer call me with a stationary generator and it was low houred and I assumed it was a 239 but was actually a 619 it only brought $2Kbut I didn't know what I would do with it.

I saw that ad too. Trying to figure out why they would go to the trouble with that cab. It reminds me of a white/oliver cab. Also, good 619 are a hot ticket for 6030s. Especially the later series with the crank driven oil pump. I think that rig is a tough sell at that price. I know nobody around here would touch it unless there was a blizzard.

I think it would sell if it had a SGB instead of the aftermarket cab.

I wonder if it was originally a municipality spec'd machine and purchased by tender. Sure its not a sound-gard body but I would welcome it if it had a good working heater.
