430 hydraulic oil in motor oil

The motor oil in my 430 is above the mark even when I add the correct amount of oil. I suspect the hydraulic system oil is entering the motor oil. The pump on the front of the tractor was previously "rebuilt " with new seals. Should I go to the hydraulic control unit in front of the seat or go back to the pump?
 
pump is only connection to engine, the rear unit sets on transmission. Front pump is easy to rebuild, just a bit tight gettin it off. I think I pulled radiator when I removed mine. If shaft where seal rides is too worn you may have to use sleeve over shaft, think it is called ready sleeve or like that
 
Old age I guess, can't always remember the right name. I used one last year on IH live pump from an SMTA and stopped leak. You might also want to check pressure from pump. If someone set up relief valve that might make it more apt to leak.
