I'm trying to find the correct orange used on early JD industrials. I've seen an orange unstyled L and an orange BI, so I know they used at least some orange in the 1930's. I was told it's called Pantone orange, but I'm not sure that's really a color. Google seems to indicate that pantone is more of a standard for matching paint colors. I'd even be happy to know the color code/name of the orange that folks are using on the industrial Dubuques. Can anybody shed some light on this? The search feature has a wealth of info.......on Persian Orange. I don't think I wanna go there.
