Did a 1939 A ever come out unstyled. there is one on the photo ads.It has john deere on the radiator and is unstyled. I know 1939 was the first year for the styled tractors. Never knew there were an unstyled in 1939.I think that tractor is earlier than a 39yr modle.

I think you are correct but you know all the confusion about production year vs model year.

Then to add to that confusion many people are now changing around parts on styled tractors to make them look unstyled.

Early 39 models were unstyled and most were recalled to put the styled sheet metal on them.
