Does anyone have this same manual? Mine is a copy/reproduction and is missing a few pages, I was hoping someone else would have and could email copied of the pages I'm missing.

James your email isn't open but mine is if you want to drop me a note,....the pages I need are 30-5-3, 30-5-4, 40-5-6, 40-5-7, then I'm missing everything after 60-5-3 up to 60-10-2.
