I have a JD 3130. Oil is leaking out of tachometer hole into clutch housing. Installed new gasket can't get it to stop and is this engine or hydraulic oil? It is running 80psi oil pressure at 540. Any suggestions?

80psi of engine oil pressure on a known accurate test gauge while the engine is turning at 540 rpm pto ?
What viscosity oil? Cold or warmed up engine?

It has to be engine oil as no hyd oil is close to flywheel housing. Does oil pressure drop when engine gets to operating temp?

I have not left it running long enough to get to operating temp. Its leaking a good bit out of the hole where the tach cable goes into engine block. I'm thinking tach cable assembly in clutch housing is not properly installed to correct depth and rubber gasket is not sealing between engine block and clutch housing. What are your thoughts on this?

I wonder if this o-ring(parts key 5) could have failed and be the problem?
