Does any one know how to set the rack on the
pump I was told the pump on my 4630 isn't set
right. And that is what is causing it to over
fuel an not have a as much power as it should

Has the pump been messed with, or do you possibly have a turbo or aneroid problem?

Or, perhaps even an intake restriction?

If you can check it on a PTO dyno would be a good place to start. Bring the load up slowly while watching the power rise, if it suddenly starts to fall off and the smoke greatly increases then the full load screw is turned in too far. The retard start timing notch in the top of the plungers will be in line with the barrel fill port when it should not when the fuel is turned up too far. This is assuming the turbo and air intake system is in good condition with no restrictions from MR. mouse!
