front weights 20 and 30 series

How rare are the 4th and 5th weights on the 20 and 30 series tractors? I know the 6th weight is extremely rare. I have 3 full 3 piece sets and consider myself very lucky to have ended up with these! But haven't been able to find the 4th and 5th.
 
I've three Waterloo tractors, 530, 630 and 730 and I wanted the three 'starter' front weights for each, which I eventually acquired at farm auctions, craigslist, and e-bay. Then I decided I wanted the complete set of front weights for the 730. The 4th & 5th weights are the same and managed to find them through a friend of a friend. But the 6th, I had only seen pictures of it. It took about 4 years of looking, but one showed up on e-bay for $625. I bid and was the only bidder and won it. I wanted originals and was willing to wait and watch. I don't know how rare the 6th weight is but the one I have is the only one I've ever touched.

The March-April 2006 TC magazine has a list with part numbers of all the two cylinder weights.
 
That's a neat story, just wondering how the 6th weight is attached? I would just love to find some extra weights. If someone has any for sale my number is 208-308-2176.
 

Just curious, are you counting the side weights as 1&2 or are you talking about all the weights out front without counting the side weights? My 630 has sides and two fronts. Dad bought it that way new. Jim

I can't imagine needing six weights even on a 730. With four weights the front of my 630 stays down plenty well pulling 4x14's mounted. When I was a kid I would try to pull the front end up by sinking the plow in deep and then lifting it fast while going up hill. I could get the job done but not well. Come think of it that was when it had a narrow front. It has a wide front now and with the wide front plus the four weights the wheels stay firmly planted on the ground no matter what I have hanging on the back. Jim
