Value of jd 40 utility

Just got asked about the value of this tractor
Things I know-
Has not run for 2 years
Block cracked ? Unknown
Is part of an estate
Rubber "looks decent" but rears are mismatched
Nose cone screens not correct
Not sure if that's a jd loader
Is a utility model (see pic with serial tag)
Located in maine

I am aware already of the answer "whatever someone will pay"

I don't think it's a JD loader - looks like a Freeman.

I like it, a lot. Iif it runs, I would have given easily $1500 or more. Looks like it has been indoors all it's life, metal is not rottedout, seat is not cracked and destroyed, cool loader, looks very good to me.

I wuold chime in with $1,500 based on what you said. I would also ask if the front end is welded up. That would indicate some hard use with that front end loader and would lower the price a bit. I am in MA and saw a few this year in that shape that were running for sale with interested parties around $2,500 without a loader.

How far up in Maine?
