Model A 3 point

I have a 1948 Model A with power trol and I can't get my 3 point hitch to stay up. I've replaced the piston cup, the gasket between the cylinder and the rear end, I've run diesel through them to get any dirt out and still nothing. The only thing I haven't touched is the valve body, about all I've done is mess with the adjustment screws but that didn't help. I've been keeping an eye on the gear oil in the rear end and I haven't noticed any change in the level. I don't know what to do and would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks

Is it a slow leak down ? maybe the 4 o rings that seal the stems of the dummy plugs need replaced ?

It is possible the gasket between the rockshaft housing and the Power-Trol (PT) body is blown. There is an oil passageway hole in the gasket for oil to go from the PT "IN" to the rockshaft housing on its way to the rockshaft cylinder. Have seen more than one blown which lets 'em fall. If blown wide open they fall quickly. If just cracked they will fall slowly. Here's hoping that's it.

Thank you very much. I will tear it apart over the holidays and replace the gasket to see if that helps
