B getting antifreeze in crankcase

Most likely the push rod tubes. Back your back tires up on a 2x6 or something simlar so the front end is lower than the back. Remove your valve cover and see if water droplets come out of the area where the pushrods are located.
 
While you're at it, drain the oil and remove the engine cover. You can look for leaks into the cylinders there. If the engine was ever allowed to freeze, there's a possibility of cracks in the pushrod passages in the block too, which can be mistaken for bad pushrod tubers in the head. Don't ask me how I know.
