In restoring my "G" I am wondering if someone could please tell me what the correct carb and mag would be for the '41 G. There is a DLTX75 on there now and for some reason I don't think it's right. Thanks for the help.

Charles on my '41 "G"(10791)I put a styled G carb on it DLTX-51,I have a DLTX-24 for it,but the 51 is a better carb. Most correct police can't see to good anyway especially where the # is they'll never catchit. There isn't but one thing I can think of that sounds as good as a "G" thats a Harley Hog. Later Gman

Make sure you are reading the right spot.Directly opposite the choke lever side there will be about a 1/4 x 3/4 inch flat spot witha the DLTX #.
Some mistake the # on the bottom of the bowl.

You should have on it a DLTX-24. Can't tell you what the DLTX-75 is for. The DLTX-24 was also on a small amount of 40 A's.

Thanks guys...I found out that the DLTX-75 goes on the model 50. The DLTX - 24 is the carb for any "G" from s/n 1001 thru 12999.

Any one have a 24 for sale?
