Hi Group, I know nothing about JD's. My good friend has asked me to post a question for him.
He is a 'man of green' but not much with computers.
He is looking at a 'early' 1937 BR. Not stuck. not leaking. rubber shot. currently not running. but he hasn't tried to make it run yet.
What is ballpark value. Thanks.

Its worth what someone will pay for it.
Far starters you could list it for $10,000.00 if it doesn't sell one can always come down on price

You could get this one but not scrap price !!!!!! This is a 1936. This is the best tractor I ever had. Great to show and parades, easy to haul.

Nice lookin' tractor, NICE lookin' tractor. Hey guys, I'm not a JD man, but that was a nice honest question, a man doing a favor for a friend. He deserves a few nice honest answers, not some smart remarks.

Still kind of depends on a lot of things, such as are the rear rims good, the fenders and sheetmetal good, radiator, gears. Just sayin', there's a lot of "if's" there.

Without seeing it, probably in the $1500 to $2500 range, but again, there is a lot of variables for the JD crowd. If it was IHC or Case it would be a lot easier to guess.

At any rate, it can certainly be a super nice little tractor to play with or show. They are somewhat rare. Hope he gets it going. Bob
