Does an 820 black dash use a 6 or 12 volt battery to turn the pup start motor? Can these tractor be tow started easily if the pup motor is out?

Factory would have been 6 volts + ground.

They pull start easy. Make sure you put it in 6th gear and pull the decompression lever before you try to get it moving. I have pull started a couple on level ground with a 4x4 pick up truck.
