Oil in the clutch on Model 70

While I was working the tractor began slinging oil along the right side of the tractor. The clutch pulley had oil in it.

When I pulled it apart the clutch discs were oil soaked. Would this be a crankcase oil leak or is there another seal I don't know about?

Also, where do I check the engine oil? All I find is a square head plug below the clutch.

Open the crankcase oil level cock until oil drips out the test cock.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

My tractor has a dipstick where your picture shows the plug, but it is exactly where your picture shows the plug just above the oil filter.

I failed to mention that my tractor is an LP Model 70, so some of the diesel manual won't apply.

However, I do have the dipstick on the side of the engine instead of a plug.
