I bought a 3010 gas tractor.It was not running good. I check the timing, i put number one on compression stroke TDC pulled distributor and oil pump is in time. When the points start to open to fire number one the rotor is half way between one an three on the cap. I have another 3010 i check it and the rotor lines up with number one on the cap when its ready to fire. I took distributor apart it all worked an look ok. need help. THANKS
