John Deere BO clutch problems

I am trying to fix a loud screeching noise coming from my clutch pulley but can't determine what's causing it. It only happens when you engage the clutch in neutral. Here's what I've done so far:
Removed entire clutch pulley assembly, didn't notice any gear teeth chipped or missing. Reassembled with new clutch facing discs. Set the castle nuts and started tractor. I also noticed there's some brass dust on the clutch driver disc. The only thing left other than replacing dogs, toggle bolts, etc. Also, the bearing inside the clutch is good as I took it out and inspected and has plenty of packing grease on it. Any suggestions on this one?

Thanks.

Wonder if yours has the adjustable bolted on dust shield (tin part behind pulley)Theses can rub and cause a lot of troubles.
