4620 SCV float position

Need help/advise on changing the hydraulic levers to use the float detent. Looks like I need to switch holes in the linkage at the bottom of the LH lever to gain the float position. Any other adjustments or changes? Any advise or shortcuts? Thought I would ask before I made things harder on myself than they need to be.

There should be something in the operator's manual about that?
The nice folks at 1-800-522-7448 have new operator's manuals on CD and hard copy if some dolt has lost it.

Yes, you need to change the rod to the other hole to obtain float. This adjustment allows the lever to travel far enough to engage the float position. They really wised up on the newer tractors that let you flip a latch in front of the lever in the cab instead of this way. Mike
