What is this part for?

I remember a discussion about this thing a few years ago, but I've forgotten what it's for. I wonder how it's mounted - I'd like to put a new bushing in the clutch lever.

I couldn't get the pics right side up - sorry.

It's the pivot shaft for the arm that disengauges the clutch on a knee knocker plow hitch.
 
it just screws to the clutch bolt just remove it and when you get the bushing replaced put on a 5/8s hex nut in its place
 
Thanks Kent - it came off real easy. The clutch handle is worn out, and I don't think the JD bushing will work due to the wear. Gonna see what I can find at the local hardware store. I've seen thicker bushings there.
