Did Jerry Trcka take down his Evergreen website?

The lawyers at Mother Deere didn't have enough to do so they objected to his jdgauges.com website name. Thus, I believe that right now he is between websites. Worry not, he is still in business and you can call him at 715 635 8629 or email him at [email protected]
 
Wonder if he was licensed from Deere like if he sticks a new John Deere label in a gauge as to not get into trouble ?
John Deere aggressively goes after those that use Their name or even color scheme or even try and copy old manuals into a data base.
 
I am always wary of stepping on Mother Deere's toes, so whenever we reference a JD part number in our catalog, in an email, or during conversation on the phone, I will advise that our harnesses, cables, etc. will replace whatever part number, but they are not JD parts. To that end, we also assign our own part numbers to those parts that we make. We also make some change in our harnesses from the original JD part. I also decline to provide any copies of original JD printed material such as wiring diagrams and parts book pages, and refer such requests to their local JD dealer.
