MT - turns sharper one direction than the other

MT Single wheel. The MT turns shorter in one direction than the other. The steering is tight and works fine other than the turning radius is different.
How do I fix this?

Take a look at the diagrams below.

Note the four cap screws (Key 2) that secure the yoke (Key 5) to the upper spindle (Key 32).

You might consider removing these cap screws to align the single wheel.

After the tie rods got broken on our Model 40S, started alignment by turning the front wheels pointed forward as straight as possible.

Turned the steering wheel as far in one direction, right or left, as possible.

Then turned it in the opposite direction as far as possible counting the number of revolutions.

Turned the steering wheel back half the number of revolutions to "center" the steering.

Attached the tie rods.

This could possibly work the same for your tractor.

Hope this helps.

Remove very top plate where adjusting screw is located and lift the arm with the 2 pegs and with front wheels straight forward place said arm in center of travel engaged in worm gear. Some how the arm with the 2 pegs and shaft has been positioned one spline off.

Thanks for your help.
I removed the cap screws, NOW how do I get the yoke off? It appears to be tight and I don't see where to put any down pressure on the yoke.
