JD diesel fuel conditioner

Just received a few hundred gallons today but did not have conditioner on hand till tonight. I'll probably burn most of it off this fall but may have carryover into the winter. The question is would it be alright to put the winter formula in at the recommended rate now or should I put the warm weather formula in because most of the time the operating temp should be a bit above freezing when I use that batch of fuel? Do the two mix without consequence? Usually any fuel for winter (potentially) comes after the fall work is done.

According Deeres fuel conditioner website, the only difference between the two formulas is the winter formula has anti gel additives. I would just add the winter formula now, save double treating the fuel.

I have been running the winter conditioner in my pickups all summer. I have a gallon in each truck so you always put it in when you fuel. That gallon lasts all year in most of the pickups.

Talk about being right under my nose. I am on Deere's website frequently but it never occurred to me just to look for that info there. It's been one of those days in terms of being focused or not. Thanks.
