When "trouble Shooting" which is the first proccess to find out what needs fixed,we need to determine what we "have" and what we "don't" have..Like power from a switch but not getting to the light..or oil getting to a pump but not leaving the pump...
 
Yes Francis,, and you have a bad pump??bad drive?? you are going to have to narrow it down, but the problem is in that area,, I wish I was closer I would give you a hand in the search....

they are connected and working,but its just not working right,maybe that's why john deere is waiting on coming out to do their checks for 2 weeks,youd think by the symptoms ive got going on this tractor,someone has had to see the same problem id think
 
tim what do you think about the clutch mechanism sticking open and stopping the flow of oil to the main hyd pump?
