51 Deere B widefront

Wondering if the widefront from a 51 JD B can be put on a 49 JD G? And if so, can the roll a matic front on the G be put on the B? If this can be done, is it a fairly simple task, or does it take alot of work? Thanks for any help.

the center plate will not clear the steering section of the A's or G's otherwise the front axle will work.

I found out it is a swartz widefront.

should be able to trade it for a single front, maybe.

So, with the B having a schwartz, I assume it has a split pedestal. Does the G have a split pedestal as well? Pics would help.

On a two cylinder, a schwartz will work fine. They were bad under bigger tractors, like 4020s, or tractors with loaders.
