Building hayrack - continued

Finished up the mechanical stuff this morning and we took it out for its first road test. Now working on adding a back on it. Built on 943 running gear which I completely disassembled and painted.

Edit: I posted some better photos below.

Replying with some better photos. Taken after adding the rear rack, which I still need to stain. Final bed size 6'X10'.

In in the background is a 1/2 scale H I made into a flower planter box with a hay rack as well.

Roughly 6'X10', back is 3' high. 15" wheels. Moved the running gear all the way in to make it the shortest possible.

Hayrack looks great--very nice. But the front wheels on the H look like the spindle might be assembled 180 degrees out of correct. Front wheels should trail the vertical spindle shaft, not be in front of it. Maybe I'm wrong and it's an optical illusion?

You know, I noticed that a while back but never gave it much more thought. Now that you say that and I looked at my other Hs it definitely is backwards! I will have to swap that! Thanks for the pointer!
