There is no bushing in my steering post. I'm wondering if they all came with one or not. I'm planning on ordering one from JD today. and I also see they are perforated, but there is no grease fitting or way to put oil into it. Is it supposed to be lubricated? There is nothing in my manual about it.

I have seen some that have been drilled through from the Top and a Grease Fitting installed..but not a factory option..

Those Bushings have all worn away and can be found at JD.
May take a little ingenuity to get it to Stay in place...

Yea, I thought about a grease fitting but I don't think i'm going to do that. I have a bushing on order. I'm hoping the post isn't to worn for it to press into place. I hope it comes in by Friday i'd like to get this thing finished up and running this weekend.
