JD 4230 with Syncro Trans. I have posted in the past about Hyd's slow. Very slow at the rear remotes and gets slower if steering is used. Had the JD tech out and tested the pressure for the clutch port etc. Trans lube pump is putting out 118 lbs at high engine rpm. Should be more like 180 lbs, zero lbs with clutch in. We checked the relieve valve it looks good and well as the gasket, o rings for the trans pump and tubes. Pulled the trans pump out looks ok still. Filter and screen were not plugged as well.
Ok so its all back together of course no change. Both remotes are slow a cylinder movers about 1/2 in 15 seconds, but everything works, speed of engine makes no change what so ever.
Checked clutch pressure with front pump destroke screw turned in and no change in pressure.
I have a line that comes from the steering valve that vibrates lots goes to side of trans area near clutch valve.
Anyone wanna take a stab at what could be wrong or what to test next? I do have the It manual and JD tech manual and we are not getting anywhere. JD tech is stumped as well.
