Finished Bush Hogging 3 Horse pastures with the JD 720D and 6' Bush Hog..
Just re-built the Float-Ride Seat, it has ONE-Finger Power Steering and had a ball all day (in 5 yr old weds and saplings!)..

What a "BULL" that 720 IS..never saw the 1st sign of smoke once and I cut everything short...

What a pleasure to operate such a Powerful example of JD's BEST...!!

Ron..

I'd have to say it was a Lot like a Late Styled JD "B" on a Steel-Wheeled Hay Rake..!!!

Shoved over many a 3" tree and chopped them up..!

The Horse acts like it was turned out into New Pasture..!!

It was a Public Service type of thing...Connie had just recently (and suddenly) lost her husband...

I seem to fall into those things, but always glad to lend a hand..

Hope you have better luck with your new rubber torsion springs that I have had. All my rebuilds have been futile after a year with multiple different suppliers of the springs (even those that say theirs us USA built). I'm done. I'm not building any more with the parts available today.

I sure did test the seat out well...

Horses will leave a pasture as rough as plowed ground in places and these were worse than most I'd say..
That poor Bush Hog bounced a couple bazillion times I am sure, the tractor front end too, but that seat was sure great (plus this power steering is light and easy).
My springs came from K&K, the 3rd one I have done and all seem fine..

Wilamayb, I was hoping you would say you finally found torsion rubbers that work. I've given up too. There's a board under my 630 seat to hold it up because the torsion rubbers keep ripping. Bugs the heck out of me because i don't do band aid fixes. Jim
