70 power shaft oil

My owners Manual for my 70 says put 10 weight sae oil in the pto, what are y'all running for your two cylinder pto?

We put 10W in the power shaft clutch housings on all our Model 70s.

I use Hy-Trans in my 720 PTO..(630, 520 also)..

Yes...10 wt oil, if you use heavier oil the clutches will overheat

I use low viscosity Hy-Gard.

I use regular hy-gard. In the PTO and Hydraulics on 2 cyl.

I have it for the newer stuff and that makes just one less oil type to keep around.
