Hi everyone sorry this may be a stupid question, i just changed all the fluids and filters in my 1948 g and was wondering, does the pto housing share the oil from the rear end, or the power trol? I don't see any plugs anywhere to service it otherwise

The main PTO drive gears run in the transmission oil. The housing you may be referring to on the back is the pump for the powertrol. No extra oil other than that.

The power trol pump needs to have 30wt oil.
