I was using the boss's 2520 (gas) to do some bush hogging today
and the power steering and PTO started cutting out. There was oil
dripping from the inspection cover under the clutch. What are the
possibilities? We are all hoping that there is a fitting that may be
loose and easily tightened. I know it could be the input shaft seal on
the transmission. I plan to take a look at it in the morning and
would like to have a clue what I'm looking for/at.
Thanks

The PTO operation pistons are leaking, there are 2 of them one on each side of the shaft, remove the inspection cover and look up in there when some one turns the PTO on (keep your hands out of there) you will see the leak,, you will need to split it to make the repair, may as well look the clutch over while your in there..
